Do I need to bring my own wig?+
For install services, yes — please bring a clean, detangled unit. If you'd like us to source a unit for you, mention it in your booking notes and we'll send options before your appointment.
How long does a typical install take?+
Most installs run between two and three hours. Bob installs and full customizations can take a little longer since precision cutting is done in-chair.
How do I prepare for my appointment?+
Arrive with freshly washed, blow-dried and detangled natural hair. Please come without gel or heavy product on your edges so the lace can melt cleanly.
What is your cancellation policy?+
A non-refundable deposit secures your slot. Reschedule at least 48 hours in advance and your deposit moves with you; no-shows forfeit the deposit.
How long will my install last?+
With proper care and a nightly wrap, expect two to three weeks of wear. We include aftercare guidance at checkout and offer refresh appointments.
Do you offer bridal and group bookings?+
Absolutely. We take bridal parties, birthdays and photo shoots across the Columbus area, including on-location services. Email us for a custom quote.
